Great start to the day on Glyders - Sunday 17th March
East face of Tryfan lit by cold premature early spring sun. This is how i remember conditions in Snowdonia, even only as far back as the mid 70's at Easter. You could almost guarantee a bit of gully hugging old snow, sometimes lasting through till June.
